Toromont Cat is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. The Health and Safety Specialist will play a key role in elevating and continuously improving the support provided to the supervisory and management teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Toromont Cat team to ensure all health and safety policies, procedures, and programs are effectively implemented and clearly communicated. This role will deliver health and safety services using the 4 As mindset: Assess, Analyze, Audit, and Assist. *Please note that this position will be based out of our Atlantic region** Pay Type: Full Time, Permanent: Compensation: $69,520.00 to 86,900.00 The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
