Team size of 18 associates 1 Salaried AGM, 1 Lead Line Cook, Cook 1 and Cook 2 all reporting to this position must have excellent leadership skills. This is a high-volume casual dining. Must have prior experience in Food and Beverage back of house operations such order, PAR levels, Cleanliness, Health Food Safety Knowledge, and ability to execute menu and food quality presentation. This is an excellent growth opportunity. Starting Salary for this position is $60000. Open availability and ability to manage challenging situations a must.
