Job Description: - Receiving laboratory supplies and samples ensuring delivery correctness - Maintaining compliance to relevant SGS SOP’s and completing any relevant forms. - Record keeping of shipping temperature monitoring devices upon receipt Unpacking and placing samples and materials into appropriate storage. - Reporting any broken or damaged sample receipt and any sample information discrepancies to relevant department or client. - Maintaining and following up with relevant department or client regarding samples placed on hold due to lack of information or damages. - Entering the sample information into LIMS as per SGS procedures and identifying the testing requirements provided by client. - Generating Lab-sheets and sample labels - Delivering samples into appropriate testing and storage locations - Delivering Lab-sheets into appropriate departments...
