Customer Service Officer We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team. You’ll be one of the first people our customers speak to, helping with delivery enquiries, bookings, collections, and day-to-day support. You’ll also work closely with our Operations team and drivers to help keep things running smoothly. No two days are the same in transport, so this role suits someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems and working as part of a team.
