Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience working with media and marketing measurement solutions, including Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality studies, and brand measurement. - Experience collaborating with media agencies across communications planning, AV, and digital teams. - Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - 6 years of experience managing executive-level relationships with customers or agency partners. - 2 years of experience working within a matrixed organization. - Experience in measurement-led selling to demonstrate return on investment to brand advertisers. - Experience in communications strategy, media sales, or brand management. - Experience in a leadership or advisory role.
