Maintenance Workplanner

What youll do Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Workplanner. In this role you will report to Maintenance Manager and sit within our Hydrogen Plant. As a Maintenance Workplanner, you plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance so equipment works when it should. You work closely with maintenance teams, operations, and procurement to make sure the right people, tools, and materials are in place. Your planning helps reduce downtime, keep the workplace safe, and make everyday work easier for everyone involved. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. Prepare clear job plans covering labor, tools, materials, and equipment. Work closely with technicians and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time and materials are available. Track progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate equipment records.
