You will serve as an instructor/trainer by leveraging academic, operational, intelligence, and analytical skills to build operationally relevant training scenarios and professional development pathways that enhance 1st SFC(A) GX and ARSOF CSU capabilities for conducting SA. The Training Specialist advises on the updating and/or creation of Joint and ARSOF doctrine, policies and procedures to support ARSOF SA training, certification, and employment. You will support Operational Readiness Exercises across the spectrum of SA to enhance effectiveness of deployed ARSOF forces for the conduct of SA and its core competencies.
