Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary: This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, monitoring, and presenting budgets and financial reports for the Olin Business School. Job Description: Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Financial Reporting Develop, analyze, and monitor a set of budgets, ensuring they adhere to School and University requirements. Ensure the approved budget is reflected accurately in the overall School and University budget. In order to fully understand each department’s operation, it is important to meet regularly with and build relationships with Department Heads. undefined Research and develop pro forma budgets for new initiatives. undefined Determine reporting needs and create customized reports tailored to their specific operational needs. Remain current in new applications to ensure effective and efficient delivery of information. Prepare and deliver monthly budget analysis reports, including variance explanations and recommendations for addressing those variances.
