Overview A Big O Alignment Technician performs the required mechanical duties in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all company programs, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities: - Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance as well as mechanical work in accordance with all company programs, policies, and procedures - Maintain the orderly flow of customer service assignment to ensure productivity - Ensure that Big O’s Extra Care Services are extended to all customers - Properly diagnose and repair customers’ vehicles, performing quality control of all shop functions - Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions, moving vehicles as needed to, and away from, service areas - Attend weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as required - Assist in organizing, documenting, and processing adjustments and core credits - Work with store management to ensure the successful accomplishment of budgeted service-related quotas - Ensure that all appropriate information for completed work is given to the counter per...
