POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you work closely with our other Charges Officer, and together you ensure that our Service Charge processes run smoothly across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. As a Charges Officer at Steen & Strøm, you take responsibility for how operating costs are budgeted, allocated and settled for our shopping centers. This means you translate operational activities into accurate financial processes — ensuring that costs are correctly captured, fairly distributed and clearly communicated. You become a key point of contact for budgeting, settlements, CAPEX and financial analysis, and you help secure transparency and accuracy in all service charge related matters. You collaborate closely with Rental, Accounting and our Shopping Center teams, supporting them with data, insights and process guidance.
