Envir Asst Flor/Spec Proj Team, Nights 26000107 Description Full Time: Shift : Nights 11 pm - 7:30 am Rotating Weekends & Holidays Entry rate: $20.76: Earn More with Your Experience – New Higher Pay Rates for EVS Roles! Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned work area following established policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum Work Experience: 2 years Clearing/housekeeping experience (Preferred) 2 years Floor care/special project experience (Preferred) Functional Accountabilities: Floor Care: - Use vacuum to clean carpets; use carpet extractor or bonnet buff to perform spot removal or clean carpets. - Use brooms, mops, buffers to sweep, dry/wet mop, scrub, strip and refinish, sanitize and disinfect hard surface floors. - Report damaged carpets and floors and situations where stain removal can not be done. - Mix, use and dispose of floor care chemicals according to directions. - Clean and properly store floor equipment; operate cleaning equipment according to instructions; replace belts, bags and make other minor equipment repairs; report other mechanical failures to supervisor.
