Please note: This position is NOT eligible for remote work. Performs specialized secretarial work requiring knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and legal documents. Performs complex and confidential secretarial assignments for two (2) or more City of Orlando attorneys. Work is of more than average difficulty and might be in a particular area of emphasis such as criminal law, litigation, real property (acquisition and disposition), labor and personnel, environmental regulation, construction matters, professional services, or contracts and leases, depending on the attorney assigned. The legal nature of work requires that all tasks be performed accurately and in strict conformance with established policies and procedures as well as court requirements.
