YOUR MISSION AT VOI Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable, and reliable micromobility for everyone. As Head of Quality Management, you will be ultimately accountable for product and supplier quality across Vois fleet from early development and introduction to in-field operation, repairs, and lifecycle performance. You will lead Vois Quality Assurance organisation across Europe and China, combining strategic direction with hands-on problem solving. Partnering closely with suppliers, operations, and engineering, you will drive data-driven improvements that directly impact safety, fleet performance, and customer experience. Your mission includes: Leading and developing the Quality Assurance organisation with clear priorities, structure, and ways of working. Owning end-to-end quality performance for vehicles, batteries, and IoT across production and in-field operation. Driving root cause analysis, CAPA, and preventive actions together with suppliers and internal teams.
