About The Role: Reporting to our Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst will serve as a key member of our 2-person payroll team and will be a point of contact and collaboration partner with employees, managers, HR, and the larger finance team. The role will lead critical business processes across our U.S. operations, including payroll processing, compliance, and analytics. The Payroll Analyst will operate as a subject matter expert with full-cycle payroll operations and will have the opportunity to influence payroll practices and systems. The role is highly visible within the organization and requires a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
