YOUR TASKS: - Lead and inspire a regional HR team, ensuring high-quality People & Culture support across Eastern Europe. - Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding. - Ensure seamless execution of all People & Culture processes in the region/countries, aligned with our global P&C strategy and business priorities. - Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Management Team, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, change management, compensation, and employee engagement. - Steer annual corporate P&C processes, such as development conferences, salary reviews, and bonus cycles. - Ensure legal compliance, staying aligned with local labor laws and regulations across the region. - Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements. - Collaborate closely with global P&C teams, supporting organizational changes and contributing to strategic global initiatives and projects. - Drive consistent implementation of global P&C policies and strategies across all countries in your scope. - We are looking for candidates located in Warsaw YOUR PROFIL...
