We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Director of Monetization to own and lead the full economy and monetization strategy of The Win Zone. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will be the driving force behind every economic decision in the game. This individual will serve as the monetization authority of the game, guiding pricing, revenue strategy, and economic design with significant cross-functional influence across the organization. This position demands a high level of independence and accountability. The successful candidate will be expected to define the monetization strategy, build the frameworks, drive cross-functional alignment, and take full ownership of results. It requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and analytical execution at every level of the organization.
