You will work closely with various departments to create engaging training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to franchisees to help them achieve their business goals. Please note that this role requires flexibility and willingness to travel a minimum of 50% to conduct training sessions and provide on-site support to franchisees. Travel expenses will be covered by the company, including accommodation and transportation arrangements.
