About the Team The Marketplace Quality team is responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating negative behavior that impacts overall delivery quality. The team conducts investigations, adjudications, and deep-dive analysis across a range of quality concerns affecting our community, including identity verification, contract violations, never delivered claims, and fraud. Our goal is to enforce quality standards on the platform and ensure a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for consumers, dashers, and merchants. About the Role: As an Associate on DoorDash’s Marketplace Quality team, you will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and evolving content, resources, and processes that support Trust & Safety initiatives. You will combine strong content creation skills with project execution to translate complex policies, workflows, and findings into clear, actionable materials for internal teams and stakeholders.
