Job Description Summary This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our Memphis, TN Corporate Office. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead a team within our 1099 Tax Reporting dept, a critical function in our financial services organization. This role combines technical tax expertise with people leadership, ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of tax reporting professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support. Oversee the preparation and review of tax documents and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with IRS and global tax regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and resolve complex tax issues.
