Job Description As a Part-time Asset Protection Specialist , your main focus is to help deliver an excellent customer experience while promoting a strong culture of safety, security, and loss prevention within an assigned H&M store. This role provides a highly visible presence in the store, helping deter theft, support store operations, and maintain a safe environment for customers and employees. The Asset Protection Specialist also acts as a resource on loss trends, security procedures, and organized retail crime (ORC), partnering closely with Store Leadership and the Security Function.
