Provide clear, timely, and accurate information to new and existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional, solution-oriented responses. Process, update, and monitor customer orders in ERP/CRM systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Support quotation management and act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates or potential delays.
