Counselor Position: Counseling and Psychological Services, Eastern Connecticut State University Department: Student Affairs, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Position: Counselor, 10-month position, Tenure-track Eastern Connecticut State University is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Counselor position. Eastern is Connecticut’s Public Liberal Arts University and is located in Willimantic, Connecticut which is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2.5 hours from New York City. Eastern is one of four universities in the Connecticut State College and University System (CSCU). The position also offers substantial health and retirement benefits. Position Description: Full-time staff 10-month position in the office of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). The Center provides services that include individual and group counseling; crisis intervention; consultation to staff and faculty members; outreach services; and training of Master's and Doctoral-level practicum students.
