Job Description Summary Aero Alliance Operations Shipping Line Leader will be a key role in Aero Alliance Avenza Shop organization. She/He will be responsible to lead and coordinate shop floor logistic, packing and shipping activities within the Material & Planning organization in the Avenza Shop ensuring flawless execution in terms of EHS, Quality and fulfillment requirements. She/He will be reporting to Material & Planning Leader for Aero Alliance Avenza Shop. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Manage a team of hourly logistic shop operators and salaried logistic specialists to ensure EHS, Quality and Delivery targets, leading regular inspections and company culture values adoption. Manage the internal Logistic Shipping process executing the Outbound medium term plan for shipments, disassembled material distribution to internal departments and all shipping activities to meet internal KPI targets. Manage the Indirect Material receiving and distribution process at shop floor level ensuring correct tracking and replenishment of indirect material stock.
