Job Description About the Role: The Resin Material Handler – Shift Lead plays a key hands-on leadership role on the production floor. This position coordinates resin material handling activities during the shift to support production readiness and continuity. The role provides guidance and direction to resin material handlers, supports shift leadership, and helps ensure materials are handled, stored, and tracked accurately. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and accountability. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient production floor to support continuous operations. - Ensure production lines are supplied with the correct materials to meet production demands. - Coordinate daily material handling activities and provide shift-level leadership and direction. - Monitor material usage to support accuracy, efficiency, and waste reduction. - Verify materials are properly labeled, protected, and stored in designated locations. - Follow all required safety, food safety, quality, and good manufacturi...
