Job Details The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, under the supervision of the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, will be responsible for daily operational workflow in regard to directly supervising technicians including but not limited to the scheduling, evaluation, and training as well as the oversight of storage, inventory management, fulfillment of orders, and workflow monitoring. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. - Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and Biomedical technicians for proper workflow, order accuracy, compliance with departmental standards, e nsuring that essential technician tasks are completed as assigned; Performs audits to ensure tasks are completed. Adjusts workflow based on departmental necessity; schedules Pharmacy technicians, including approval of requests for time off and payroll. - Participation in the recruitment and training process for new Pharmacy and Biomedical Technicians.
