This position requires vast technical knowledge within all environmental health programs. The incumbent must have the ability to exercise discretion and make independent professional judgments within all environmental health programs. Primary responsibilities include food hygiene coordinator, monitoring and conducting routine inspections of migrant labor housing facilities, biomedical waste facilities, food hygiene facilities, mobile home and recreational vehicle parks, public and private schools, public swimming pools, tattooing facilities, and tanning facilities, investigating complaints and preparing reports, legal notices and other documents.
