The Tender Bid Manager leads the development, coordination, and submission of infrastructure tender proposals from initial issue through to final submission. This role is responsible for shaping the technical, commercial and delivery strategy for each bid, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all submissions are compliant, compelling, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Tender Leadership & Strategy: - Take full ownership of assigned tenders from receipt to final submission. - Develop tender strategy including delivery approach, construction methodology, engineering solutions, and project value propositions. - Review and interpret tender documents, clarifications, addenda, and employer requirements.
