As a Selling Lead, you will drive sales, ensure a consistent customer experience, maintain presentation and safety standards, and resolve customer concerns. You will partner with management closely to ensure our team of associates cares for our customers in an environment where we thrive by winning together. You are empowered to do the right thing. A Brief Overview: The Selling Lead drives personal, department, and storewide results through building genuine team and customer relationships, connecting customers with product, and creating memorable experiences. This role supports the team in driving sales and store key metric performance, providing excellent customer service, executing successful events, and maintaining merchandise presentations. The Selling Lead works collaboratively with store operations teams to ensure service excellence and achieve store objectives. This is an hourly position, with monthly bonus eligibility.
