This role would suit a lawyer passionate about expanding their legal and professional skills, curious about the important role gas and LNG play in Australian and global energy markets and who wishes to work with energy sector legal leaders. As Legal Counsel, you will be accountable for ensuring that Shell Australia receives timely, sound and pragmatic legal advice spanning commercial, corporate, regulatory and property matters. This advice will principally be in support of the Shell Australia operated multi-billion-dollar QCLNG Project, but you may also be required to provide advice to support other major projects in Australia in which Shell Australia has an investment interest. This advice is to be delivered through good business partnering and by acting as an enabler and facilitator of commercial outcomes for the business.
