It delivers critical daily processes such as tax reporting or reconciliation, as well as has a continuous focus to improve these via process engineering, automation or control solutions towards process excellence. The Team Head is responsible for planning and achieving these targets, while supporting and coaching the team of 14+ members. YOUR CHALLENGE: - Leadership and Coaching: Establishing and implementing the vision, team oversight and capacity management, team development through training plans and coaching - Ensuring the daily business activity: the team performs Data Quality controls and Data Cleansing activities.
