Description Objective: This person will be involved in SOP development and training programs for new and current procedures. This person will also perform regular GMP audits to find improvement opportunities. Essential Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance to training, SOPs, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operations and the overall quality of our products - Perform internal audits of all brewery processes and identify potential problems - Lead projects to improve processes, procedures, and/or practices and see them through to completion. Requirements: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Knowledge of all aspects of brewery production - Ability to interpret basic scientific documentation and data - Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actions - Microsoft Office skills with strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills - Understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Document/Records Controls - Understanding of Smartsheet operations Physical & Mental Requirements: Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments...
