Overview WuXi Biology-US is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the review and generation of quotations in response to client queries and coordinate the communications with clients. The ideal candidate will have a biology background, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. This role requires working collaboratively within a team and under supervision to ensure proposal deadlines are met. Responsibilities: - Review incoming client queries and work with technical team to generate accurate and timely quotations based on project requirements. - Coordinate efficient and effective communication with the clients and stake holders. - Maintain and update proposal records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. - Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for quotation development, contract establishment and project execution. - Track and manage proposal timelines to ensure all deadlines are met. - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards in all quotations. - Assist in refining quotation workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
