JOB DESCRIPTION: This job requires the Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor include, but are not limited to: - Adhering to uniform standards - Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant - Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment - Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times - Ability to work as part of a team - Train using tablets or computer - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary - Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant included, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc. THE UNIFORM: - Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times.
