What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Agro Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand: This position will require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product (up to 50 lbs unassisted). - Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety - Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto - Operating point-of-sale terminals - Stocking shelves with product - Maintaining a high level of store image in line with Brand expectations - Completing other responsibilities and projects as assigned Why It Matters: Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
