Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA in the Reading School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Summary: - Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. - Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. - The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099) - School based hours Monday through Friday - Emotional Support Experience preferred Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. - Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. - Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. - Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. - Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. - Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
