The Independent Agent Distribution team is looking for a Product Owner to help deliver the next generation of Q&I sales experiences to our IA partners. In this role, you’ll own part of the new Q&I sales platform used by thousands of independent agents - defining, optimizing, and expanding the experience over time. You’ll bring a strong customer-first mindset, balancing qualitative insights and quantitative data to guide decisions, shape product vision, and drive incremental delivery. You’ll join the Independent Agent Distribution team, where we’re focused on creating a best-in-class sales experience that delights agents, drives new business, and sets a new market standard. As a Product Owner, you’ll partner cross-functionally to develop journey maps, define OKRs, and gather feedback that informs your roadmap. In this role, you’ll focus on runway and lead part of the portfolio dedicated to building global patterns that improve scale and efficiency across the experience.
