Position Summary A Field Technician at MacAllister CAT is the Service Specialist to support customers at their work location. A Field Technician would perform maintenance and repair on customer fleet at customer sites, to get them continually producing output to the customers' demands. Responsibilities: As a Field Technician your responsibilities may include, but not limited to: - Diagnose problems with equipment/engines. - Perform all repairs associated with the diagnosis that is possible out in the field. - Locate and order parts as required. On occasions, this may require you to coordinate with parts-drivers to get the parts you need to your work site. - Write up detailed service reports for both internal and external requirements. - Maintain own equipment. - Building productive customer relationships to benefit all involved.
