For the next season, we are looking for a Commis de Partie to join the team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/she should have exceptional taste and exemplary customer service skills. The primary objective is to provide a friendly, attentive, and timely service and to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. Main duties: - Assisting section chefs (Chef de Partie) in the preparation of ingredients and dishes. - Maintaining cleanliness and order of the workstation and kitchen. - Handling and storing food according to HACCP guidelines. - Actively collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
