Golden Gate Hotel & Casino JOB TITLE: Assistant Shift Supervisor: DEPARTMENT: Security JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly, and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas. QUALIFICATIONS: - Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times - Adhere to all company service and operating standards and ensures direct reports adhere to all company policies - Assist Supervisor in the day to day activities; provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraise performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; and addresses complaints and resolving issues - Maintain a professional departmental, company and community - Answers Guest questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general - Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues - Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior - Escalate emergency situations to Assistant director and Director as needed - Assist the Security Superv...
