Description Process Engineer – Drill, Route, and Lamination Scope: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Process Engineer to manage and optimize the Drill, Route, and Lamination departments. This position requires a "Whatever it Takes" mentality, and it involves working closely with Supervisors to drive efficiency, quality improvements, and process excellence. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and Director of Operations, this role supports the core engineering and production processes and ensures consistent operational improvement. Responsibilities: Oversee engineering processes in the Drill, Route, and Lamination areas, providing recommendations, modifications, and support to enhance efficiency. Assist Supervisors in training employees on procedures and processes; act as a technical mentor. Lead quality initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve quality issues in partnership with Supervisors. Spearhead initiatives focused on productivity, safety, waste reduction, and cost control within assigned areas.
