Job description

How you’ll be hosting with heart: You are responsible for ensuring regular bookkeeping as well as fast and accurate monthly and yearly closing activities for our DACH+ subsidiaries, incl. filing of tax declarations in close collaboration with our tax advisors. You effectively lead and develop your team of currently 4 accountants You and your team develop efficient accounting processes, including leveraging automation and AI as well as supporting an ERP implementation You provide ad-hoc insights into the subsidiaries' financials for company steering and budgeting, and manage the cash holdings of the entities. You serve as the point of contact for and work effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders (auditors, tax authorities, government agencies, etc.) Requirements: What you need to shoot for the stars: You have solid work experience of around six to ten years in a similar role in a growth environment, or in a tax advisory or audit company.
