Requirements: Job Overview: The Assistant Director of Residential Education provides comprehensive oversight of a residential area of approximately 2,00 students, which include the direct supervision to masters-level, full-time Community Directors and indirect supervision to the Resident Assistants. The Assistant Director, in partnership with their staff, oversees the educational and community development efforts of their assigned residential area while providing leadership by setting goals and partnering with staff and community stakeholders to promote student formation and advance the mission of Residential Living....
