The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. PURPOSE: The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations across all outlets of a Luxury Hotel as The Palace Madrid ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance. You will lead the outlet managers, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence while work closely with the Head Chef to ensure alignment between front-of-house and kitchen operations.
