Power Architect – System Design

Job description

Job Description We are seeking a Power Architect specializing in System Design. The Power Architect is responsible for power architecture definition, modeling, and technical leadership for PMIC, Charger, and emerging Multi-Level Converter (MLC)-based products within the CMX System Design team. This role provides architectural ownership and technical leadership from concept through silicon validation. The role works closely with analog design, digital, verification, validation, test, and product engineering teams to ensure alignment of architecture intent, implementation, and verification across multiple programs. Key Responsibilities: System Architecture & Technical Leadership: Define and own power architectures for PMIC, Charger, and MLC-based converter products across multiple programs. Drive architecture trade-offs and define operating modes, startup and shutdown sequencing, and system boundary conditions. Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance for system-level design decisions across projects.
