This role requires a strong understanding of IICRC standards and carrier guidelines to ensure all scopes are both compliant and fully justified prior to submission. Primary Responsibilities: · Review all estimates for completeness, accuracy, and full scope capture based on reconstruction requirements following a loss · Ensure all scopes reflect proper sequencing of work, including demolition, drying considerations, and rebuild activities · Identify missing line items, scope gaps, and reconstruction-specific requirements · Validate that estimates accurately reflect real-world reconstruction practices, including repairs to affected areas and integration with existing structures · Ensure every line item is properly supported wit...
