Nestled in the foothills of Safford Peak and adjacent to the Saguaro National Park, in the magnificent Sonoran Desert of Southern Arizona, Sunflower is a premier Del Webb active-adult HOA community. A warm and friendly community with 967 homes at the base of the Tucson Mountains, in Marana. In this role, you’ll support the Community Manager by delivering outstanding customer service, assisting homeowners with CC&R compliance, coordinating with vendors and board members, conducting community inspections, and helping manage architectural reviews, records, communications, and daily operations to keep the community running smoothly and efficiently. Position Responsibilities: - Provides administrative support and other tasks as directed to Community Manager. - Partners with AAM’s Management Team to ensure compliance with State and Federal Association Management Laws. - Develops a working relationship with community board members and various committees. - Assists with community inspections of common areas according to AAM’s management contract. - Communicates with homeowners concerning compliance with CC&R’s. - Review daily financials, process daily income, deposit income into USA Bank w...
