About the role Mater Education is seeking an experienced and student‑centred Learning Support Advisor to join our dynamic Education and Training team at Mater’s South Brisbane Campus in a permanent full-time (38 hours per week) capacity. Mater Education is a leader in clinical education and a nationally accredited, independent, hospital-based RTO, the only one of its kind in Queensland. Through clinical simulation programs, facilities, and expert faculty, we deliver contemporary, interprofessional workforce training across a wide range of sectors including health, aged care, residential care, and community services. This is a varied and impactful role encompassing the design and delivery of workshops, academic language and learning support, curriculum development, peer program support, and targeted assistance for priority student groups. Operating with a high level of autonomy, professionalism and sound judgement, you will manage competing priorities while engaging with multiple stakeholders across Mater Education campuses.
