What You’ll Do: Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) Marketing & Strategy while maintaining a strong one-on-one working relationship. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex schedules, coordinate strategic meetings, and support business operations. Core Contributions: - Executive Support - Provides direct administrative and operational support to the SVP maintaining a one-on-one working relationship & trusted partnership. - Proactively anticipate the needs of senior leadership and provide timely support for internal and external meetings and engagements. - Align with Leadership on weekly priorities and support execution of business and people initiatives. - Calendar & Meeting Management - Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize scheduling across multiple time zones. - Strategically coordinate meetings, ensuring clear objectives and efficient use of leadership time....
