Job description

The Business Planning and Analysis Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and data driven insights. Active contributor in the overall month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial analysis of actuals vs budgets/forecasts, including revenue recognition/gross-to-net sales and total functional cost recognition. Responsible for the management view of the P&L along cost allocations to business units and brands. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly P&L and total functional cost, annual budgets, and year-end estimates, including coordination with various stakeholders across the organization. Responsible for the preparation of management reports and presentations and providing insights to the leaders around achieving the forecast.
