Job Title Knowledge Management Architect Job Description: As a Knowledge Management Architect, you drive strategic alignment between the Business Unit and central knowledge management initiatives. Serving as a key interface across both organizations, you help shape and advance the knowledge management agenda by strengthening processes, enhancing enabling tools, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You define how knowledge is created, governed, and published for BU end users, while supporting the adoption of scalable processes for content creation, publication, and validation. Key responsibilities: Support and maintain development activities within cross-functional service innovation project teams, contributing to successful delivery across scope, timelines, costs, methodologies, and resource planning. Develop and maintain service architecture configurations and define product integration touchpoints to ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
